- This is just one major discrepancy. Pension Management requires good math. Cortex, an alleged World Renowned Consultant Firm with less then 6 full and part time employees from Toronto, Canada proposes a fee of $16,000 for an alleged 45 hours of City Council presentation which seems to be one hour long.
